Installation of a small mini dairy kit in Dolomiti Alps, ITALY, consisting of:
- Gas mini polyvalent vat with LPG burner and control panel with thermal cycles recorder with USB;
- Stainless steel drainage table.
This gas cheese kettle will help the dairy man in Campobon Alpine cottage at 1940m to produce genuine cheese and Ricotta cheese.
