Nous remercions Jakob pour son témoignage du Danemark sur notre mini pasteurisateur, utilisé pour produire une large gamme de produits laitiers artisanaux.
"At our farm visiting farm called "Tothaven", we are about to start a small farm dairy. We only have 15 milking goats so we have been looking for professional but very small scale equipment. But without any luck until we found Duecinox.
After a very fine dialog with the friendly people at Duecinox about our needs or wishes for production equipment we ordered a 60 liter mini pasteurizer.
The size and simple configuration suits very well to the small artisan production we will have here at Tothaven farmdairy.
