Dosing pumps for food liquids

 

We manufacture solutions with DOSING PUMPS for:

  1. Whey transfer and liter counter into double bottoms for GRANA cheese type production;
  2. Transfer of food liquids as milk and whey.

Pump configuration depends on food liquid type and quantity to transfer.

WHEY LITER COUNTER PUMPS AND TRANSFER PUMPS

  1. Pumps on wheels mounted on stainless steel frame, single screw type DN 50, with control panel, remote control,   programmable electronic liter counter, display of the number of double bottoms, selectable exclusion and protection commands. Also equipped with suction and dosage pipe.

FOOD LIQUIDS TRANSFER PUMPS

  1. Self-priming pump, volumetric type, provided with plastic sanitary (neoprene) gearing and stainless steel outer casing. Mounted on stainless steel trolley and complete with pipes and fittings for connections. Possibility of reversing the direction of rotation. Available versions: D30 and D40.
