We manufacture drainage trolleys for whey draining during Grana cheese type production (PARMESAN and GRANA PADANO).

HOW ARE THEY MADE?

1. Solid stainless steel frame;
2. Removable basket for whey collection;
3. Provided with fix and pivoting with brake wheels to easily do movements;
4. Wooden or polyethylene food plank.

1. Single shelf (for 4/5 blocks);
2. Side-by-side boards (until 4+4 forms);
